Ingredients for "" Napoleon "
Margarine - 250 g
Wheat flour (+ 3 tablespoons cream) - 2.5 stack.
Water - 1/2 cup.
Vinegar - 2 tbsp. l.
Salt
Milk - 1/2 liter
Sugar - 1 stack.
Eggs - 3 pcs
Butter - 100 g
Vanilnyi sugar
Recipe "" Napoleon "from my grandmother"
Prepare dough: add vinegar to the water, a small pinch of salt.
Margarine finely chop and mix with the flour until the buttery crumbs.
Add water and vinegar and weight to knead loaf.
Divide it into 4 pieces, wrap in cellophane and send it to the fridge for an hour.
Cooking cream: whisk the eggs with the sugar, flour and milk cream and cook in a water bath until thick. In hot oil add the cream and vanilla sugar, stir and give cool.
Take out the dough from the refrigerator, divide each piece of dough in half yet, in the end should get 8 lumps, roll, trim crusts and bake on a sheet.
Sheet is wetted with water, and the cake before baking prick with a fork in several places.
Bake at 200-220 degrees. Cakes are baked quickly.
Lubricates cream cakes cooled down, spread the last cake and presses all the cakes, trim. Last grease cream cake and sprinkle with crumbs of the same cake.
If the cake is right, it is a more crumbly, and if the next day, of course, it will be saturated and softer. It's not for everybody.
