How to cope with stress?
Make a list of the things that are causing your stress. Think about your friends, family, shool and other activities. Try to realize that you can’t control everything written on your list.
Take control of what you can. For example, if you’re working too many hours and you don’t have time to rest, you may need to shorten your work hours.
Give yourself a break. Remember that you can’t make everyone in your life heppy all the time. And it’s OK to make mistakes now and then.
Don’t do things to cen’t do or don’t wath to do. If you’re already too busy, don’t promise to decorate for the shool dance. If you’re tired and don’t wath to go out, tell your friends you’ll go another day.
Find someone to talk to. Talking to your riends or family can help because it gives you chance to express your feelings. However, problems in your social life or family can be very difficult to talk about. If you feel that you can’t talk to your family or friend, talk to someone else: your theacher or your family doctor.
