At first, I would like to tell you about the food I don't like to eat. That is onions, cabbage and garlic! I hate them! This food is disgusting! But I like to eat fruts, such as: grapes, cherries, strawberries, pineapple. I also know that I have to eat cheese, meat, fish, eggs, chicken, bread, pasta, rise, cereal and others because the contain many protein, fats and carbohydrates and they give me a lot of energy. I really like to drink orange juice and to eat jam , which makes my granny. My favourite kind of food are sweets: cake, ice cream, chocolate and other food, which contain many sugar. But I try to eat more healthy food and to decrease sweet and fat food from my daily menu.
