B10 A great number of English borrowings is also believed TO CAUSE negative social impacts.
B11 Currently a lot of English abbreviations and acronyms are widely used in Chinese press. It makes it difficult to understand the texts for THOSE who are not fluent in English.
B12 But from now on all of them should be REPLACED with their Chinese equivalents.
