-That will be better. Now I can listen to your heart.

-Can you hear enyting, doctor?

-Nothing bad...Have you eatter something strange some time ago?

-Yes. A large pig leg.

-OK... Oh, I see whire is the problem. Take your hat off. Did you check the size on it?

-Thank you, doctor! Now I feel much better!

в первом предложении я бы заменил there is на there was, остальное, полагаю, просто опечатки: eatter (eaten) whire (where)
