My favourite dish
My favourite dish is meat in cabbage leaves with tomato sauce and potatoes.
First you roast minced meat with some onions. Then you put the roasted meat into boiled cabbage leaves and roll them up. After this you put them into a pan with some tomato sauce and cocked potatoes. Then you put it altogether into an oven and back them for about one hour.
I really like this food, because there are many different vegetables in it. I want to have this food more often, but you need much time to cook it and because of that we have it only about five times in a year.
