Pizza with ham and mushrooms
You will need : For the dough: dry yeast - 2 tsp , sugar - 1 tsp. ; Flour - 2 cups , salt - 1/ 2 tsp. ; Olive oil - 30g , water - 1 cup , for stuffing : tomatoes ( peeled) - 300g , ham - 400g ; hard cheese - 100g ; fresh mushrooms (champignons ) - 300g ; garlic - 2 cloves , white wine - 1 cup , salt , basil (or parsley) - to taste.For the test to dissolve in warm water ( about 1/2 cup) of yeast and sugar , add flour to get the batter . Put the dough resulting in a warm place until bubbles ( about 30 minutes). Then mix the flour with salt, add the dough and knead a smooth dough. Cover the dough with a clean cloth and put in 15 minutes in a warm place , that it has increased in volume by 2 times. After that, add the olive oil and knead well again .
