Помните о согласовании времен. 1) An English lady said, “Take a cold bath every morning”. 2) Mr Wonka shouted, “There are spies everywhere!” 3) “Children, do you like my trees and my lovely bushes?” asked Mr Wonka. 4) The message said: “It was I, Robin Hood, who won the golden arrow.” 5)Hi told one of his men: “Don’t touch them.” 6) “My glass ball will show us the Princess”, Prince Albert answered.

1. An English lady asked to take a cold bath every morning.

2. Mr.Monka shouted that there were spies everywhere.

3. Mr.Monka asked the children if they liked his trees and his lovely bushes.

4. The message said that it had been he Robin Hood who had won the golden arrow.

5. Prince Albert answered that his glass ball would show them the Princess.

Потому что и в прямой речи написано слово shouted. Всё просто!!
