I eat and why"
I prefer to
eat low-calorie healthy food, it is necessary to stay active. I try to eat more
fruits, because they are high rich in vitamins and fiber that prevent any
illnesses. I keep a diet, count calories and totally cut down on sugar drinks,
fast food, and salt. I cut out biscuits, crisps, sausages. Also every day I do exercises
to be in a good shape.
