1. I think I have a healthy lifestyle. I get up at 6.30 and DO my morning exercises, then walk to my school and play diferent games every evening.
2. I sleep during 6 to 8 hours every night.
3. I do different exercises.
4. I have a balanced diet. I eat a lot of fruit and vegetables, drink pure water, try not to eat fatty and fried food.
5. I feel stressed when I have a lot of homework.
6. My Dad and Mum give me a great support.
