In my city, public transportation is very good. Buses provide the main source of public transportation. In addition to buses there are trams and trolley buses. They are very mondern and environmentally friendly vehicles. The public transportation system is very developed, we can get anywhere very fast.
I like the public tarnsport because it is cheaper than travelling by car or taxi. Vehicles are very cofortable and they are almost always punctual.
In my opinion, our city should buy more modern buses and it will be good if you would be a new tram network because one of the fastest vehicles is the tram.
I am of the opinion that more people should use these vehicles because so the traffic would be not too heavy. Furthermore air pollution would be lower. Cars emit a lot of harmful gases for example carbon dioxide. These gases are very unhealthy for people and can cause various diseases for example cancer.
I use public transport almost every weekdays when I try to get to work. Using public transport has more advantages. If I use car then I have to pay parking charge and it is very expensiv. So, public transport is cheaper.
To sum up, public transport is not only cheaper but if we use these vehicles then we can protect our surrondings and our planet as well.
