1. My favourite sport is gymnastics because it is one of the most dangereous sports. Also gymnastics is a breathtaking sport.
2. My friends are not so passionate about gymnastics as me, so most of the, prefer running or swimming. Maybe the reason is that those sports are not too traumatic.
3. Actually, I rarely working out because I have no time, but I have enough activity in my life.
4. There are a lot of tips to keep yourself healthy and live long life. I have a couple basic tips. For example, sleep well about 7 hours, eat properly, drink enough water, take a walk and laugh. Laughing helps us relieve the stress.
