Dolma in Azerbaijani style is made from grape leaves, ground beef, rice, greens. Prepare the filling, leaves, wrap and bake. Dolma is prepared in Azerbaijani for an hour and a half.

Fresh chopped parsley - 3 Art. spoons
Long grain rice - 1/3 Glass
Dill dried (twigs) - 1 Art. spoon
Beef broth - 2 Glasses
Lemon juice - 2 Art. spoons
