I don't play basketball every day. sometimes i eat unhealthy food but i'm trying to eat fruits and vegetables. i walk a lot, but i don't ride a bike. i take a cold shower every morning and i swim a lot. usually i visit doctors three or four times a year. it isn't difficult to keep regular hours. i like swimming and basketball. i often watch them on tv.
