Nowadays a lot of teenagers spend much time playing computer games or chatting with friends online. They spoil their health by doing it. They has to do more sports. Also some of teenagers drink energy drink and eat junk food. To stay healhy you have to stop drinking energy drink and monitor your diet. You can make healthy habits like doing morning exercises or run in the morning every day. It's quite obvious, but very effective. You can also just play with your friends basketball or football every day and it will keep you healthy. If you're doing something at computer you have to take breaks and do the exercises for your eyes. If you wont follow the instructions you can damage your health. In the worst case you can become invalid or even die like some people did.
