Staying fit is a great way to improve your mood and overall health. Many people struggle with staying fit over time, but there are some steps to make it easier and more pleasurable, which I try to use regularly. First of all, I avoid eating high in sugar and fat products like donuts, cakes, cookies, canned and dried fruits etc. Drinking a lot of water is not greatly approved by scientists way, but I often feel a thirsty, that's why using it. To my mind, exercising is not fully beneficial if you don't follow healthy diet. Unfortunately, I can't afford visiting a gym as I'm just a teen without an ability to pay sport bills. My solution is in going for different kinds of sport with my friends and classmates at stadium or during PE(physical education) lessons in school. I prefer playing tennis mostly because my eyes are training too due to motions of ball. Also I think that my emotional state is very important to keep "mental" fit, so I reduce a level of stress and negative feelings as much as i can. For example, I stay calm and happy while listening to my favourite tunes, hanging out with my bestie or threatening my pets. All in all, it's a bit difficult to do them advices if I have no mood or motivation. I'm reckon, that keeping fit may be a good goal only if person really want it and believe in her/himself.
