Another healthy habit is keeping a right way of eating. If we talk about water, you should drink not less than 2 litres of water every day. And of course one needs to avoid soda and coke - in opposite to water, they are full of sugar and won't do any good to health. What is for food, a diet should be balanced. Dishes should contain vitamins and fiber at first. These substances are very important for the organism - they are the "material" for new cells. Keeping fit doesn't mean only right diet and right exercises. It's also deals with planning. If you don't plan your day according to a way of healthy lifestyle, you will achieve nothing. In addition to leading this way constantly (which is definitely tremendous) planning makes you more responsible and more collected.
All in all, everyone should keep healthy habits. Many people nowadays spend a lot of time sitting at the table and they need to keep fit (especially sport exercises) to stay in a good form. If you are healthy, you become sick less. Furthermore, a healthy person can work much easier and live a happy life.
