7. Are you going to buy; I will not eat; I'm going to eat (тут тоже мне кажется возможно несколько вариантов)

12. What are you going to do; I will shorten
13. Will cut

Я руководствовалась тем, что going to обозначает конкретные планы, а will - это вот приспичило и сделал то, что вообще не собирался, например.
