What is my mother? - что моя мама? В указанном ответе на наш гипотетический вопрос, отвечают - Моя мама доктор. Поэтому надо спрашивать чем она занимается (обычно). What do your mother do? Если оставить вариант "What is my mother?" тогда всеж Who's my mother?

Who's my mother? задаеться обычно любимым животным или малым детям. Типа - кто твоя мамочка? и ожидаемый ответ - я твоя мамочка.
