it's important to do exercises  and  eat healthy food

My diet is simple. I eat vegetabies,fruits and cereals

I usually sleep for 9 hours every night .

I take exercise every morning. I play basketball valleyball and streetball

I spend 2 hours watching different competitions.

I also like swimming.

I think i have a heaithy lifestyle!
