Life was very different before the internet. People were not send emails. They wrote letters and took them to the post office. No-one bought things or payed for things online. When kids did projects at school, they went to the library to find information. They often spended hours trying to find information which today we can find in one second. Had people profiles on websites like Facebook? No, they did not, because there were not any websites!
