Turning to situation in my family - it is the same. My parents don't want me to go to some late night parties or something like that. I think, that it is normal, because we are only teenagers. But if I really need to go somewhere - I make some steps to reach my goal. For example - I want to go to my friend's b-day party - but my mother doesn't want me to go there. In this situation I give all contacts of my friend's parents and after that I need to talk to my mother an father, that I'll be in safe. I think, your parents will think about it and maybe they will allow you to go or they will suggest you another thing to do at this day.
