1) you must eat less than in 1,5-2.5 hours prior to occupation that there was an energy, but don't overeat;
2) you mustn't eat onions and garlic before occupations;
3) before plunging into the pool you can carefully be washed with soap, wash away the remains of cream and cosmetics, remove a plaster;
4) you must make warm-up, it will help to warm muscles, to be adjusted on occupation and to avoid injuries.
5) you can't do any exercises without your trainer.
