My opinion about this phone is good. I think not do without them. Phone is a good friend for disabled and lonely people. Becaus they have no chance to often be on the street and talk to people there. For popular people on the phone that you can gossip and there is an internet.Students can learn from your phone homework.It was my personal opinion.

 My opinion about a phones are it good. - Мое мнение о телефоне - он хороший. (У тебя написано "about this phone". Если оставлять This, то тогда ты говоришь об определенном телефоне и перевод тогда будет:  "My opinion about this a phones are it good. - Мое мнение об этом телефон он хороший."
I think that nobody does without them. - Я думаю никто не обходится без них.
Phone is a good friend for disabled people and lonely people. -  Телефон - хороший друг для инвалидов и одиноких людей.
Because they have no chance to often be on the street and talk to people there. - Поскольку у них нет шанса часто быть на улице и говорить с людьми там.
For popular people on the phone that you can gossip and there is an internet. - Для популярных людей по телефону, что Вы можете сплетничать и есть Интернет. (Вот здесь я не поняла что ты хотела сказать.)
Students can ask homework by phone. - Студенты могут спросить домашнюю работу по телефону.
It was my personal opinion. - Это было мое личное мнение.

In my opinion, this phone is good. I don't know, what I could do without it. Mobile phone is good friend for lonely people, because they don't have time enough to talk with people on the streets. We can use the Internet, for me it's the best thing I could ever ask for. It's just my personal opinion.
