Samuil Marshak was born in 1887 in Voronezh.He loved poetry at an early age.
When he was four, he tried himself to write his first poem.He was studied at the London university.He became a reporter and worked in England. His first works were published in 1907. It were lyrics and translation. He was died in 1964 at the age of seventy-seven.
