Sports occupy an important place in life of
everybody. The first like to observe of sportsmen, to watch a course of sports
and competitions. Others go in for sports themselves, trying to reach high
results. The third simply support the health with the help of regular physical
activities.
Sports are
a part of my everyday life.
Waking up, I do morning exercises. It helps
my organism to prepare for the hard day. Many physical activities wait for me
ahead. Before to sit down behind a school desk, it is necessary to come to
school. And it is the original
gymnastics too. The lesson of physical culture and health
occupies a special place. It has such name not casually. How many pleasures can
be got here! It is and sports, and the whole complex of exercises, and
competitions! I have lessons of physical culture twice a week, but, I think, it
is not enough, because children get tired after the long sitting behind a
school desk. They would like to limber up. It is a pity that we can’t have the
lessons of physical culture more than two times a week. I have much free time in summer. I often set
out on the lake together with my parents where it is possible not only to swim
but also to run along the coast. I like to play different games with my friends
outside and to skate. I dance and it brings me besides health a good mood and
gladness. I don’t have a desire to go in for
professional sports, but I like to watch on the TV how sports competitions and
Olympic Games are passing. Especially I like to see figure skating, gymnastics
and biathlon. Occupation by physical culture and sports
helps to keep health. All the kinds of exercises bring benefit to our organism.
They assist to forming of strong and hardy person. The person, who moves a
little, risks his health. I always remember about it and I go in for sports. I
call and you to do in for sports!
