A kremlin is a fortress wiht many buildings inside. The Nizhny Novgorod Kremlin is about 500 years old. It has thirteen towers and four gates. The Kremlin wall is abjut two kilometres long. Tourists can walk along the wall and look down at the city and the River Volga.
