In my opinion smoking and drinking too much alcohol are the worst ones. Smoking, for example, causes a number of heart and lung diseases such as pneumonia and cancer. There are a lot of ways to be healthy. To my mind, the best way to stay healthy and to keep fit is by going in for sports. The benefits of regular exercise are a healthier heart, stronger bones and more resistance to various illnesses. To be healthy it is also important to spend a lot of time in the open air. It is useful to go for a walk before going to bed. If you want to be healthy you should eat only healthy food, which contains different vitamins. For example milk products contain calsium which need your bones. In my opinion doing sports, eating healthy food can help you to lead healthy way of life.
