Speaking about guests’
complaints in a restaurant – a 1st thought that strikes me is a prolonged
waiting for your order.
Just imagine, you have only an
hour for your lunch but a waiter dawdles and he is not in hurry to take or
bring your order.
Some bad-mannered waiters even can
ignore your request to make it faster.
It is a very disagreeable
situation especially if you are late for the important meeting.
The 2nd place in my
list is a wrong order.
