Hello Mr. Smith, This is a short letter to tell you that I think the accommodation that your company provides is not very good. Your website says that the apartment are all modern and in good condition. But, the apartment I stayed in was built in 1970s, and needed work doing to it. The floors in the kitchen and bathroom were broken and dirty. And the washing machine was not working. I was also not happy to find that the apartment was a long way from the beach, and not ‘within 10 minutes’ walk’ as specified in the brochure. I had to move to another apartment, which took me time and cost me money. I paid over 300 Euros as a deposit on your flat and now I hope you will send me all the money back. And I want you to change the information on your website and in your brochures. I hope you will write me soon. Best wishes, Miguel Rodriges
