Number of servings: 10- Peel and chop finely the onion.
- Soak raw onions in boiling water for 5 minutes. Drain the liquid and use the softened onions in salad. Thanks to soak the onion becomes soft, it isn’t bitter or crispy.
- Cut boiled meat into small cubes
- Put the soaked onions in a colander to drain all unnecessary liquid.
- Cut the eggs into small cubes.
- Cut the potatoes into small cubes.
- Cut the pickles into small cubes.
- Chop finely the greens.
- Put all the chopped ingredients in a large bowl. Put canned peas (without liquid) in the bowl.
- Add salt and pepper to taste, mix gently.
- Add mayonnaise.
