I think that it is very
important to stay healthy. So in spite of all my studies at school I try to
have a healthy life-style. I do physical exercises every morning for about ten
minutes. Three times a week I go to the swimming pool. I try to spend more time
outdoors. For example, in summer I like to go cycling and in winter I go skiing.
I also eat healthy food: vegetables,
fruits, fish and porridge.
