For anybody not a secret, that in the modern world for the past few decades there have been significant technological change, which inevitably have impact on the social sphere and the sphere of education. Significant (perhaps a dominant role in the development of the data changes associated with the development of information technologies.
Without going into the definition of theoretical assumptions, stating a rather obvious fact that computer science has a particularly close synergies not only in mathematics, but also with linguistics (for this reason I was always amazed at the fact that, in the context of school education computer science for a long time was positioned in a single block with mathematics, but the linguistic aspect in the study of programming languages, and in the analysis of the learning objectives was not actually considered).
Historically, quite a significant part of the tasks solved in the information technology field, linked with the use of the English language: in this subject area of the English language took on the role of «international language of science», just as in medicine, biology and other Sciences such a role, belonged to the Latin language. And if in English-speaking countries the problem of linguistic adaptation in the given subject matter is unlikely to have a significant value, the Russian system of education it is defined and require effort to overcome.
