Recipe bread pudding
Ingredients:
8-10 cups bread cubes
1 large peeled Apple, diced
1 Cup raisins
Custard:
4 large eggs
1 Cup (200 grams) sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
4 tablespoons (57 grams) butter, melted and cooled
4 cups (960 ml) cream or half and half (10-18% fat), milk, light cream (18-30% fat) or a mixture thereof
Option: you Can substitute 2 tablespoons milk / cream with 2 tablespoons of cognac or rum.
