Nick Vujcic
Life
Born on December 4, 1982 in Brisbane, in the family of
Serbian immigrants and had a rare pathology: the boy missing limbs - both arms
and both legs (some had one foot with two fingers, let the boy in the future to
learn to walk, swim, ride a skateboard, playcomputer and writing).
Despite physical disabilities, a boy was born healthy, and as
soon as the law of the State of Victoria has changed, the parents insisted that
their son began to attend regular school.
In 1990, the worrying much about their disability, the boy
tried to commit suicide, but eventually realized that his achievements in life
can inspire others. He began to learn
simple things: learned to write using the two toes on the left foot, he has
learned to brush your teeth, shave, comb, answer the phone and typing on
computer. In seventh grade, the boy
began his class, participated in the campaign to raise funds for charity.
Since 1999, he began to speak in front of their church group
and soon opened a non-profit organization "Life Without Limbs" (Eng.
Life without Limbs), becoming a motivational speaker.
In 2005, Nick Vujicic was nominated for the "Young
Australian of the Year".
In 2009, he starred in the movie "The Butterfly Circus»
(«The Butterfly Circus»), about a man without limbs Will and his destiny.
He traveled more than 24 countries, speaking in schools,
universities and other organizations. Participates
in the television shows and wrote books. His
first book was published in 2010.
He now resides in California, USA.
February 12, 2012 married Kanae Miyahara.
February 15, 2013 a son, James Kiyoshi Vujcic. Announcing the birth of Kiyoshi, Nick said, "Thank you,
Jesus!"
