the refusal by saying that by the law persons under the sixteen years old may
be employed in exceptional cases and by written parental consent. Was the
refusal of the Director rightful? The refusal of the Director was lawful, in
accordance with article 272 of the Labour Code, a labour contract may be
concluded with persons which are under sixteen years old, and as a teenager is
fifteen years old, only with the written consent of one of parents, adoptive
parents, trustees.
