The leopard is known as the fastest animal in the world. It can run at speeds of up to 58 kilometres per hour. Though, it has relatively short legs and a long body. The skull is large. It is similar in appearance to the jaguar, the fur is marked with rosettes, but they are smaller and more densely packed, and do not usually have central spots as the jaguar's do.
