If there's a conflict we should try to resolve it. The conflict between smokers and non-smokers is a global one. It exists in many countries and even in many families. There are two opposing parties in this conflict, and both of them have got arguments to defend their position.
Это вступление, далее пару предложений о том, что по телевизору и в СМИ часто обсуждают эту проблему.

3 причины вреда курения, почему курение в общественных местах должно быть запрещено.
Затем: Some other people think that...два аргумента в пользу курильщиков, почему не стоит запрещать курение в общественных местах.

From my point of view smoking is a very bad habbit! It makes your life shorter for about 10 years!!! I don't smoke and I am proud of that. You won't be healthy if you smoke. I think that they should ban smoking in public places. The bad smell that makes the smoke makes other people cough. Some people think that it is good to smoke. They are right in some point of view. If you started smoking, you can't stop. You just have to have a little dose of cigarettes (1-2 a day).    Smoking helps to relax, so maybe it is good for you.

In conclusion I have to say thet you... SHOULDN'T SMOKE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
