употребляет стяженные (краткие) формы типа: I'm, He's, They're,
так как краткие формы ВСЕГДА безударны в предложении на письме и в устной речи.
В полных фразах глаголы am, is,
are в утверждениях всегда под ударением, а
также всегда под ударением частица not при
полном написании в отрицаниях.
