Это не паст это презент перфест сонтиниус Для выражения длительного действия, которое началось в прошлом и еще продолжается в настоящее время.

Я в курсе. на предложение внимательно посмотри Kevin _________ anything since he got up this morning .. GOT UP - это паст симпл. В английском никогда в одном предложении не прописываются презент и паст.

got up - в прошлом, но не ел он в настоящем.))В английском есть предложения где и презент и future

не путайте прошлое с настоящим и будущее с настоящим..это большая разница!!Будущее употребляется с настоящим, а вот презент и паст -никогда. Все равно, что употребить сейчас будущее и прошедшее в одном предложении!!
