Sport is very important for our health as it helps us to keep fit and be happy. My favourite sport is table tennis and I play this game 3 times a week for 3 hours. I really enjoy it because this kind of sport can be done by both children and elderly, men and women. It develops speed of response and attention to the things which happen around us.
The most famous Russian table tennis player who I know is my coatch: Sbrodova Valentina. She now is an international master of sports in table tennis. I really want to achieve good results in table tennis, too so I take part in many competitions and try to do my best!
