David Brower American Defenders of Wildlife, Ecology, founder of several environmental organizations, including Friends of the Earth, League of Conservation Voters, North Cascades Conservation Council and the Earth Conferences. Brower was born in Berkeley, California in 1912.
Largely due to his efforts in 1964 adopted the Law on Wildlife.
